{"id":1375,"date":"2017-08-20T02:11:30","date_gmt":"2017-08-20T02:11:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ninzio.com\/univero\/?p=1375"},"modified":"2018-03-06T12:58:27","modified_gmt":"2018-03-06T12:58:27","slug":"a-message-for-all-the-passionate-ones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rahulbhatnagar.com\/?p=1375","title":{"rendered":"A message for all the passionate ones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>*A message for all the Working Professionals, Entrepreneurs, Budding Entrepreneurs, Hustlers, Dreamers and the passionate ones*<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sitting in my office on a Sunday Afternoon, i thought about sharing something that I have learnt over the past 7 years of my Entrepreneurial Journey.<\/p>\n<p>There are\u00a0<strong>3 things<\/strong>\u00a0which we need to inculcate and follow in order to excel:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>1.) Always work with the intention of serving and providing value:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>People are our greatest asset. Their growth, their profit and their well-being should be our foremost concern.<\/p>\n<p>As Mahatma Gandhi had rightly said, &#8220;The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Whatever industry you might be in, always work with the intention of helping.<\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t go for short cuts like reducing product quality, cheating people for short-term gains or making fake promises.<\/p>\n<p>Work for people and your numbers will swell astonishingly.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><u>2.) Consistency is the key:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>A lot of us get fascinated by the shiny objects (the low hanging fruits which are perceived to be easily achievable) and lose focus on the long term results.<\/p>\n<p>All businesses that have become big have only achieved that level by doing stuff repeatedly.<\/p>\n<p>Choose a sector and start working upon it continuously.<\/p>\n<p>Always remember, a gradual progress is much better than looking for short term profits.<\/p>\n<p>Massive success is a combination of all these mini victories.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><u>3.) Never aim for perfection:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>You might find it surprising, as to how avoiding perfection can actually be an advantage.<\/p>\n<p>The fact is that a lot of us actually don&#8217;t take action as we keep waiting for the perfect opportunity or the perfect business plan or the perfect timing.<\/p>\n<p>The perfection that we seek shall never come and we&#8217;ll keep waiting all our life.
